第8条  日常清洁用具使用规定。

Eighth rules for the use of daily cleaning equipment.

对于保洁人员日常清洁工作中用到的各种清洁用具，应按照以下六项规定进行管理。

For cleaning appliances used by cleaning staff in daily cleaning work, they should be managed in accordance with the following six provisions.

1．每层可开辟一单独房间，用于存放常用清洁用具。

1. each floor can open a separate room for storing commonly used cleaning utensils.

2．常用清洁用具应由保洁主管办理领用手续，按实际需求分配给保洁人员。

2. commonly used cleaning appliances should be handled by the cleaning supervisor and allocated to the cleaning staff according to actual needs.

3．申领的工具应存放于工具间，所用工具自行保管，需要使用时自行取用。

3. the tools to be applied should be stored in the tool room, and the tools should be kept on their own.

4．清洁工具损坏影响使用的，可再行领用，领用时须以旧换新。

4. the damage of the cleaning tools can be used again after being damaged.

5．使用工具时，应爱护工具。

5. when using tools, take care of the tools.

6．工具使用完毕后，应清理干净，及时放回工具间，不可随意放置或丢弃。

6. after the tool is used, it should be cleaned up and put back to the tool room in time. It is not allowed to be placed or discarded at will.

第9条  消耗品物料的领用

Ninth supplies of consumable materials

消耗品物料，主要是指各种清洁剂、空气清新剂、香皂、卫生纸等消耗性用品。领用消耗品物料应按照以下四项要求执行。

Consumable materials, mainly refers to various detergents, air fresheners, soap, toilet paper and other consumer products. The consumables should be executed in accordance with the following four requirements.

1．由保洁主管办理领用手续，按实际规定分发给保洁人员使用。

1. by the cleaning supervisor to take the procedures and distribute them to the cleaning staff according to the actual regulations.

2．批准领取的清洁用品必须为清洁专用，不能挪作他用，一经发现，按规定处理。

2. the approved cleaning products must be cleaned for special purposes and cannot be diverted for other purposes. Once found, they must be treated according to the regulations.

3．所领取的物料，若一次使用未完，可暂时存放于工具间内，待下一次使用时取出再用，不可随意浪费。

3. if the material is not used, it can be temporarily stored in the tool room for the next time.

4．保洁人员所领用的物料，使用时应厉行节约原则，避免随意浪费。

4. the materials used by the cleaning staff should be strictly practise in order to avoid wasting at will.
