第一步：高处除尘

The first step: high dust removal

顾名思义，高处除尘是在清洁房间过程中工作人员在正常情况下肢体无法触及的地方进行除尘清洁的工作程序，其使用工具包括高尘扫、簸箕、小台刷，可清洁地方为墙面、墙角以及一切超过人肩部高度的家具和物件表面，如壁挂液晶电视、衣柜顶部、高处的线盒等等。

但在操作中需要注意的事项有：

1、高尘扫的毛套必须经过24小时牵尘液处理，否则无法有效吸附尘埃，结果就是无法达到除尘效果；

2、在高处除尘的过程中，要注意除尘下面不得有客户，因为即便经过牵尘液处理过后的高尘扫，也会将高处的尘埃扫落到低处，这也是为什么高处除尘会摆在七步工作法第一步的原因。

第二步：重点清洁和消毒

重点清洁和消毒的对应物件为，工作人员在正常情况下拿着毛巾就能擦拭的地方，同时也是客户或终端客户可以随意触及的地方，在这里，七步工作法的要领是由高到低，就是说对高处的物件先进行清洁和消毒，然后再对较低点的物件进行清洁和消毒，由此循环直至最后所有物件都清洁消毒结束，所有物件表面采用“S”型操作方式并做全方位立体式清洁和消毒。

注意事项有：

1、不是所有物件都能使用相同的药剂处理的，比如玻璃绝对不能用消毒水处理，会腐蚀玻璃表面，而玻璃水不能接触铜质物件，因为会造成腐蚀；

第三步：清洁卫生间

之所以把卫生间作为一个专项步骤，是因为卫生间本来就算是一个独立的房间，但是在处理过程中又有很多和普通房间不一样的处理方式，比如说马桶的清洁步骤，又比如说水台、墙面等等的操作顺序。

正常的处理顺序是：

1、进入卫生间后先将洁厕剂均匀的撒在马桶内壁，然后用厕刷将洁厕剂溶液均匀的抹在马桶内壁上，等它反应（切忌不能撒在除开马桶内壁的其它地方，因为洁厕剂是强碱药剂，会对其它部件造成无法修补的腐蚀，如果不慎滴落，应该立刻用大量的清水清洗）；

3、清除卫生间内的垃圾并为垃圾桶换上新的垃圾袋，因为在操作过程中如果不预先清理垃圾，垃圾散发的味道会影响操作员的工作状态，而在处理垃圾的时候，绝对不允许用手挤压熟塑料袋，因为我们不知道垃圾里面有没有尖锐物，正确的方式是拉起垃圾桶里面的塑料袋边缘，直接双结扎口后提着垃圾袋扎口的顶端，悬离身体的放到工具车的垃圾袋中；

3. 4、用玻璃水喷在镜布上清洁镜子，因为镜子一般都挂在比较高的地方，在清洁玻璃的时候使用的是玻璃水，这样的情况下要避开纯铜部件，避免不必要的二次损坏；

8、用消毒液喷在蓝色毛巾上对马桶进行清洁和消毒，注意先清洁马桶坐板，然后清理马桶盖内侧，接着才是由高到低的清洁马桶表面，因为马桶座板是直接和人体皮肤接触的，需要最干净状态下的毛巾，而马桶盖内侧也有可能与人体接触，所以需要用次干净状态下的毛巾清理；

9、如有需要，用消毒水喷在蓝色毛巾上清理垃圾桶表面；

10、用蓝色拖布头的湿拖对卫生间地板进行消毒；

11、用空气清洗剂对卫生间进行空气除异味的工作，注意保持喷撒高度在膝盖左右，目标定为马桶附近、水台底下、墙角和下水口附近，因为这些地方时产生异味的主要位置。

注意事项：

Matters needing attention:

1、在操作过程中全程佩戴黄色手套和口罩，因为卫生间从某种意义上来说算是污染区域，在佩戴手套时禁止触摸门把手，因为这样会对客户的心理造成阴影（客户会认为我们的手套非常的脏，污染了他的把手），正确方法是除去手套开门或用别的物品隔离后开门；

2、如果卫生间的异味无法通过正常的保洁程序消除，应该重点清洁马桶内壁、下水道内、水台底部、墙角处；

3、绝对不能把洁厕液使用在非马桶内壁的区域；

4、绝对不允许在处理垃圾的时候用肢体碰触垃圾袋除袋口的其它位置，如果发生垃圾袋穿孔漏水应该加套垃圾袋，不允许用手接的方式，即便是带了橡胶手套的情况下；
